New Initiative: MEXA Salary Benchmarking for Export Companies

MEXA has launched a new initiative – the Salary Benchmarking Project for the Export Manufacturing Sector.

This project aims to provide impartial and accurate benchmarks that reflect the real compensation landscape both within and outside the export sector

By gathering empirical data across various sub-sectors, we will create a valuable resource to help your companies make informed and competitive remuneration decisions.

This initiative will also include a job grading exercise to facilitate fair comparisons and inform strategies to attract and retain talent, especially amid the challenges posed by the evolving expectations of Gen Z and Millennials.
